Dr. Benitez and his Staff are All ambassadors of Customer Service. He and his Staff, both Clinical and Office, have provided exceptional orthodontic services for my family and the Lake Highlands Community for many years. It never mattered if we needed to see him by appointment or an emergency appointment for an adjustment, Dr. Benitez always made time to see us, during office hours, after hours and even sometimes on his day off…it didn’t matter, we were always his most important patients, I’m sure just like every one of his patients…thanks for all the years of beautiful smiles Dallas Ortodontics!

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Benito and I am thrilled with my new smile! The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Can't recommend this office enough!

Dr. Benitez is wonderful! He’s incredibly kind, takes his time, and ensures his patients leave with beautiful smiles. My daughter recently got her braces off and he did an amazing job with her teeth. He pays great attention to detail and communicates well throughout the process. I highly recommend Dallas Orthodontists!

We recently completed my daughter's braces treatment at Dallas Orthodontics, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the very first consultation to the day her braces came off, the entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. The orthodontist took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout her treatment. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, and appointments were easy to schedule and ran on time. Her teeth look amazing now — the transformation is unbelievable! We had a great experience with Dr Benitez and his staff. He put both my children through braces, and they now both have beautiful smiles! When there was a problem, Dr Benitez was quick to get us in to correct the issue. He and his staff were always very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!
